Emily Lytwyn M.Ed.

With over a decade of experience in education as an educator and administrator, Emily possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in advocating for special education and individualized education for students of all ages and disability levels.

​

Emily obtained an Associates in Early Childhood Education from Bay State College, Boston before moving on to her bachelors in Secondary Education, English and Humanities from Emmanuel College, Boston. She later obtained her M.Ed. in from NorthCentral University, majoring in Special Education and Educational Leadership before obtaining an additional degree in English and is currently wrapping up a Doctor of Education, EdD.

Starting her career as a general educator in Boston Public Schools, Emily realized early on that she was drawn to a passion for advocacy, particularly for those who had little else. Emily's diverse and non-traditional upbringing, brings worldly knowledge to her approach and enhances the determination and drive she has come to be known for. 

​

Emily continues to work towards systematic change in our public schools, ensuring that all students have equal rights and access to the supports and services they require to succeed. 

 

Her ability to provide a voice for those who need it most is a testament to her unwavering commitment to the field of education and the responsibility we owe to the future generations to come.
